Personal Training (1-2-1) sessions Perfect for those that don't work great in groups, or do before joining a class or even along side our classes which is recommended if you are working towards a specific goal or competition.
Duo Training (1-2-2) Sessions great if you need someone to Help, work with or have a little healthy competition to push each other towards your goals.
Small Groups 3-5 people
If you have a few people friends, family that would like to train together, You may all be training for the same reasons or each have individual things you would like to work on. This is ideal to meet all the needs to each of you in a small group.
