This class is for 7 years upwards.
Its a mix class in which all will be taught from the basics upwards. Any child that wants to get fit, Learn a new skill, Gain Confidence or grow to box & compete.

Starting is the hardest part.
Join us for this class and train your way to a healthy body and mind. This class is for everyone who either has not been to our gym before, new to the sport or just wanting to try something new to get fit.
In this session you will learn the fundamentals of the skilled sport such as stance, technique and of course fitness. Once you have the above locked in build a strong body of framework from which one can transition into more advanced stages, which including a diverse level of coordination & higher fitness level. Each class will be to suit the range of individuals within the session as much as possible no one will ever feel left out.

This class is sure to become your next obsession. It is where your fitness level plays a bigger part the fitter you are the more your able to do. Both physically & mentally fit the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. By combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness.
push you to your limits while improving on your technical boxing skill at the same time. Progression after this session would be to train to compete or like you are. Whether this is White collar or Amateur.

This session is for the clubs carded boxers. Nothing should or will be easy during this session all will be pushed to their individual limits while perfecting the craft they love.
